Message from the Superintendent

This message went out to families on Wednesday afternoon and is replicated here for your reference:

Good Evening Beverly Parents and Families,

I am writing this afternoon to thank you all for your vigilance in complying with the safety measures, particularly in monitoring your child prior to sending them to school.

I would like to ask you all to add an additional layer of protection for our school community. We continue to see the numbers rising across the North Shore and recognize that the state is experiencing an uptick in the spread of the virus. We ask that if you, as a parent, or a member of your family or household are experiencing symptoms, of if you have taken a test for COVID-19 and are awaiting the results of the test, please keep your child at home until your results are in or your symptoms have subsided. This will help us keep our students safe and our classrooms and schools open. We are working diligently to maintain a safe school environment.

Thank you again for your continued support and partnership in this effort!

Sincerely,

Sue Charochak, Ed.D.
Superintendent of Schools
