BMS Staff Thanks Parents & PTO

The BMS teachers were treated to a wonderful lunch last Friday in the library, courtesy of the PTO, and it was a huge hit -- and much appreciated during Teacher Appreciation Week. Salerno’s and Super Sub collaborated on our meal and knocked it out of the park! Todd Rotondo and Paul Guanci, both BMS parents, were a pleasure to work with and made it so easy.  BMS students and families sent in delicious desserts along with a beautiful cookie tray donated from Woodbery Food Market. Thank you also to Ann Gavin, Rose Simeone and Kristin Guanci for coordinating and decorating.  The tables were set with tablecloths and flowers, which made it extra-elegant!

Gr 8 - BMS Laptop Registration Information

The information and directions to lease a Beverly High School laptop were distributed last week to 8th grade students. Online registration will be available until June 15th.

You can view registration information and directions online.

View/download scholarship application.

Note: if your child may be attending Essex Tech, do not register for a laptop between April 23rd and June 15th because the first registration payment is non-refundable. The Tech Center orders extra laptops for students who are waitlisted for Essex Tech. If you have been waitlisted but are not admitted to Essex Tech and decide to attend BHS, immediately call the BHS Tech Center at 978-921-6132 ext. 11171 so we can hold a laptop for your child. Next, you must come to the Tech Center to fill out the appropriate registration form with payment (you will not be able to register online). Please note, this is on a first-come first-serve basis, so please call the BHS Tech Center as soon as you have been notified by Essex Tech. If you have any questions please call the BHS Tech Center at 978-921-6132 ext. 11171.

ALL GRADE Parent Volunteers Needed June 13

The Grade 8 Recognition Night events will be held on Thursday, June 13 at BHS. The ceremony starts at 6 and is immediately followed by a dance.  The winning dance theme is Bright Lights, Big City!

We need parents of children in ALL GRADES to assist with this celebration.

ONLY grade 5/6/7 parents chaperone during the dance.
You must complete a CORI form in advance so we really need people to step up now to help with this event so we have time to complete the CORI process! As of today only 3 of the 25 spots had been filled. Go to volunteersignup.org/WBB3K to sign up today!

We can use parents of children in any grade to volunteer for cleanup (setup is full - thank you!). As of today there were still 10 spots available for this important job. Go to volunteersignup.org/WBB3K to sign up today!
