With the upcoming change in schedule, please remember that if your child requires medication to be administered during the school day, please make sure to have a parental permission form filled out to administer medication.
Doctor's orders can be faxed to the health office at 978-529-2170 or emailed to kguinivan@beverlyschools.org.
Please remember to bring your students' medication in a prescription bottle from the pharmacy.
