Reminder from Nurses About Medication

With the upcoming change in schedule, please remember that if your child requires medication to be administered during the school day, please make sure to have a parental permission form filled out to administer medication. 

Doctor's orders can be faxed to the health office at 978-529-2170 or emailed to kguinivan@beverlyschools.org. 

Please remember to bring your students medication in a prescription bottle from the pharmacy.
