Please check the summer reading website for more information.

Assistant Principal Ms. Norton wants to share this article with you:

15 apps parents should look out for on their kids' phones

This article mentions Common Sense Media, which is a fantastic resource for parents.  As it points out, "It gives parents a break down on what they should know about each and every app out there. And it provides advice on monitoring your kids apps."

The Beverly Middle School Library will be open before and after school starting next week, on Monday, September 9.

Students may visit the library before school every day starting at 8:15am.  They must leave by 8:40 so that they can get to homeroom in time for attendance at 8:45.

The library is intended to be a quieter alternative to the cafeteria in the morning. Students are encouraged to read, do homework, or engage in quiet activities in very small groups. Large groups, students who are not following library rules, and those who are inconsiderate of others using the space appropriately will be asked to leave.
