Remote Access Tech Support

If your student is having some technical issues with accessing our online resources, we have a few tips:

  • Turn the iPad all the way off - make sure the screen with the slider comes up and then you "slide to power off". Leave it all the way off for at least 30-60 seconds before restarting it. This will take care of a remarkable number of "glitchy" issues.
