Please reserve your seat(s) by completing the attached form and sending it back to Mr. Krafka, Mrs. Nearis or Mr. Hecox or Mrs. Nguyen with your payment no later than Friday, March 15, 2019. Each student may reserve 5 tickets. The ticket price is $15.00 per person. If paying by check, please make it out to Beverly Middle School. Write music dinner on the memo line.
If you need additional seats, please ask your teacher first. We will NOT be sending tickets home, just check in when you get there!
